Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs are included in your purchase and typically shipped via USPS. As soon as your order ships, the purchaser can expect to receive a tracking number in order to track the shipment.
We ship from Laguna Niguel, CA. Please allow 1 business day processing time for regular, non-personalized orders. Both personalized items and large orders are subject to additional fulfillment time, up to 3-4 business days. At this moment, Tee Boxed Golf only ships items within the US.
Non-customized golf boxes ship within 3 business days of purchase. Golf boxes that require personalization ship within 5 days.
For curated orders tailored for corporate golf events, charity tournaments and social golf outings, please contact us at email@example.com. Depending on the order size and request, these bulk orders will generally take 5-7 business days to process and ship.
Express shipping is currently not offered. If you have any issues or concerns on the expected delivery date, please email us immediately when you complete your purchase at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final once customized and personalized gift boxes leave the shipping facility. If a gift has been returned to us, you will be notified by email. You have 5 business days to respond with a new shipping address or the order will be canceled and restocked without a refund. You can ship the returned gift to a new address or to yourself if you prefer. The reshipment fee is $12.00
Due to the customized nature of our gift sets, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds. We're confident the gift you send will delight your recipient. Should an item within the gift set arrive damaged, we'll happily replace the item at our expense.
